Katarzyna is an Attorney at law at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She specializes in civil, economic and capital market law. Katarzyna has an extensive experience in raising capital and conducting investment transactions. She is a Certified Adviser in the Alternative Trading System for the Newconnect and Catalyst markets of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Katarzyna is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.

Piotr is a securities broker with a license to perform investment advisory activities and a Certified Adviser in the Alternative Trading System of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He started his professional career in the New York branch of the First Republic Group investment company. Piotr is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice.

Partner and Board Member at Deloitte, responsible for the strategic advisory team for the industrial and consumer goods industry. Magda is a graduate of the University of Economics in Wroclaw and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.
Grzegorz has a 8-year professional experience in private equity and venture capital. He has worked for such renowned institutions as CEE Equity Partners, Innova Capital, EY or PZU Asset Management. Grzegorz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Directly before joining ARIA, he worked in Trigon Investment Banking, where he was involved in IPO processes of Captor Therapeutics and Answear. He gained his experience by co-managing Real Estate Fund (PLN 1 billion AUM) and cooperating with entities operating on the capital market.

Anna has an extensive experience working in financial and insurance industry (investment companies, brokerage houses, insurance companies). She gained her first professional experience at the AEGON Life Insurance Company.

Anna is a specialist in the field of capital market law, in particular investment funds. She is an Attorney at law at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She gained experience as a lawyer in an investment fund company and a brokerage house, where she provided comprehensive legal services to entities and funds managed by them. Anna is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
Legal advisor with an extensive experience in working at financial institutions and companies from the investment industry. Before joining ARIA, Michal was associated with Investment Banking Department at Noble Securities SA for 7 years. Michal is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.
HR Business Partner
An enthusiast of developing people and their competencies, with extensive experience in human resources management. As a Director of the Financial Centre at Millennium Bank, with which he was associated for more than 11 years, he participated in many projects on organization development and process optimization. He built teams and was a mentor for new managers. At ARIA, he is responsible for recruitment, managing communication, building commitment and employee development. He is a certified PSR Consultant and has completed a number of trainings and courses in this stream. He supports managers in making personnel decisions, creates development paths, evaluation systems and employee satisfaction surveys.He is responsible for employer branding activities and coordinates the onboarding of new employees.
