He was also a consultant at PwC and Deloitte, where he advised corporations in the field of finance, as well as provided economic consulting services including IPO advisory. He is a Certified Adviser in WSE Alternative Trading System. Dariusz is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.

Katarzyna is an Attorney at law at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She specializes in civil, economic and capital market law. Katarzyna has an extensive experience in raising capital and conducting investment transactions. She is a Certified Adviser in the Alternative Trading System for the Newconnect and Catalyst markets of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Katarzyna is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.

Partner and Board Member at Deloitte, responsible for the strategic advisory team for the industrial and consumer goods industry. Magda is a graduate of the University of Economics in Wroclaw and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.

Anna is a specialist in the field of capital market law, in particular investment funds. She is an Attorney at law at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She gained experience as a lawyer in an investment fund company and a brokerage house, where she provided comprehensive legal services to entities and funds managed by them. Anna is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
