Survicate growing every month

The investment of PLN 3.6 million, the team increased three times, monthly revenues at almost USD 30 thousand and still growing – Survicate, the portfolio company of the ARIA Fund, is summarizing the very intense last year and talking of its plans for dynamic expansion in the next one at mamstartup.pl.

Thanks to investments, in which a leading role was placed by the ARIA New Technologies Fund, Survicate is now developing their products faster, testing new channels of reaching clients and provides the highest quality of support.

It was not necessary to wait very long for effects of hard work of the Survicate Team, supported by the ARIA Fund experts. In total, Survicate has users in more than 2 000 cities around the world. The company has increased its employment level substantially (from 6 to 18 people), as well as the monthly revenue level (from USD 12 thousand to almost 30 thousand).

Product development and the growing client database have been noticed increasingly often in rankings of such services as G2Crowd, Capterra and GetApp. This year, we have received several awards in the field of survey tools, including the fifth place among the most user-friendly survey tools according to Capterra”, says Lucjan Kierczak, Survicate’s Head of Marketing.

In 2018, Survicate is planning to introduce product innovations. “Starting from functionality of collecting user opinions in mobile applications, an additional client feedback management tool, integration with more marketing automation tools and moving of our infrastructure to Amazon Web Services to provide our users with maximum capacity and stability”, Kierczak lists.

All this to retain at least 10% of monthly business increase, which is exceptionally significant from the perspective of the ARIA Fund investors.
