Michał Lasota – a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, Legal Advisor with extensive experience in servicing financial institutions and companies from the investment industry. For 7 years he was associated with the Investment Banking Department at Noble Securities SA. (LLC).
