Livespace as the best CRM tool for SMEs according to SellWise
The portfolio company of ARIA has occupied the top place in the SellWise ranking for the third year in a row. Despite strong competition, Livespace has remained number one among the best CRMs for SMEs in Poland.
SellWise supports its B2B clients in enhancing their sales, among other things, by conducting trainings and consulting – last year, it helped more than 200 companies choose their perfect CRM system. On the basis of this experience, talks with clients and producers, it establishes criteria, which serve as a basis for selection of tools for conducting tests and preparing the ranking. The functionalities verified include: the possibility of establishing a client record, monitoring history of client events, the responsive version or the opportunity sales and reports module. Every CRM is tested personally by the SellWise team members, the system functions are thoroughly analyzed, and testing of a single software unit takes even several days.
