Aria acquires shares in Codecool
ARIA invests in Europe’s most prominent digital skilling and sourcing powerhouse – Codecool of Hungary.
Codecool is present in 8 CEE countries, has a network of more than 1600 mentors, and provides 17 reskilling pathways. The biggest product development capacity in the region means the company can produce new courses faster and react to the ever-changing technological landscape better than competitors. Codecool trains up to 20.000 individuals in a year for its 400 corporate partners. Company partners include Accenture, Microsoft, Motorola, Morgan Stanley, Ericsson and Vodafone, among many others. Central European region has the biggest digital talent pool on the continent, and there’s an unprecedented need for digitally skilled people in the next decade. ARIA invests in the CEE region according to its investment thesis in DeepTech, EdTech, MedTech, SaaS business models and other associated with technology.
Thanks to the transaction, the ARIA investment portfolio gained another strong entity from the IT services market. ARIA does not rule out further investments in Codecool.
