Piotr Biederek has joined the ARIA team

We have a new ARIA family member, Piotr Biederek, HR Business Partner. Piotr is responsible both for the development of our team and employer branding. Today he answers a few questions. Get acquainted!

Why ARIA?

I chose ARIA because I value working with people and having ability to influence development of an entire organisation excites me greatly. ARIA creates business. Everyone’s voice counts and each team member is treated as a business partner.

I will contribute to ARIA most …

… with infinite layers of energy and empathy. The last 12 years spent in Millennium Bank gave me a lot of knowledge in the field of recruitment and working with people. I trained employees, influenced their development and motivation, which allowed me to perceive and understand the individuality of each and every one of them. I successfully managed skills development as well as process optimisation projects and helped to build motivational systems. These experiences allow me to give complete support to ARIA’s experts and thus influence the company’s joint success.

My greatest professional achievement is…

… taking the position of the Financial Center Director at Millennium Bank at the age of 26. It showed me that commitment pays off, regardless of the stereotypes concerning the age of people occupying managerial positions.

After hours, I am fascinated by…

… teatr, sztuka oraz dalekie i bliskie podróże. Fascynuje mnie opera i balet … theater, art and travelling. I am fascinated by the opera and ballet. I especially love performances which question our beliefs. I spend my free time discovering new people, new [vegeterian] tastes and new places, although I really like revisiting old ones and exploring what else they have to offer.

Piotr Biederek – associated with Millenium Bank for 12 years – first as a client consultant, then as the head of the retail branch, and finally as the Financial Center Director – responsible for team development and support for demanding clients.
