Dariusz Lewandowski in the debate of Puls Biznesu

A discussion on the stock exchange condition of small and medium companies was held at the editorial office of Puls Biznesu. The experts agreed that it is too early for acquisitions but it is worth looking for underpriced, attractive companies with solid business foundations.

According to Dariusz Lewandowski, president of ARIA, despite low valuations and expected invitations to sell shares, small and medium companies will not soon become more popular due to the distrust on the market. – The issuers, even when they are very good companies, pay the price for some bad decisions and sometimes even for unethical behaviour of their stockholders. In my opinion they are still going to pay that price – said Dariusz Lewandowski. The entire minutes of the debate can be found here.
